Diffuse –A few drops of essential oils are added to a diffuser. This will emit the essential oil’s calming effects in your room. The best place to use it is in the bedroom as you sleep. This will let you enjoy a good night’s sleep. You can also add a few drops into your pillow so that you can inhale the scent while you are sleeping.
When you want to calm yourself from stress and anxiety, you can simply activate the diffuser so that the aromatic scent is diffused in the whole room. Massage – Essential oils can be used when you get a body massage.
Bath – You can simply add a few drops of essential oils to your tub filled with water. A whole body massage is often enough to ease muscle pain and stress. You can soak it in for at least 20 minutes for a relaxing and calming bath. With the use of essential oils, you get a more potent treatment.
You can also use massage bath salts, first of all, fill your tub with running water. At this stage, you can now add one cup of homemade bath salt. However, if you have a smaller tub, you may adjust and add about half a cup of the salts. For those who want a stronger blend, you can make it 1 ½ cup. Gently stir the water to dissolve the salts. Make sure to dissolve the mixture before soaking in for at least 20 minutes. Enjoy your therapeutic bath!
